Joen Romero-Martinez

Joen has called Arizona home since 1998, after relocating from his native Venezuela. A passionate residential real estate professional, he earned his license during the challenging times of the pandemic. With a background in mortgage and a love for design and community, Joen provides personalized guidance and exceptional attention to detail throughout every step of the real estate journey.

Outside of real estate, Joen is a dedicated advocate and volunteer, having worked with organizations such as GiGi’s Playhouse Phoenix and One-n-Ten. He also serves as the Creative Director for the Miss Earth USA and Miss US International pageants. Additionally, he is the founder of DIVO Academy, where he empowers young women through runway coaching, styling, and personal development.
